This print shows the Mercedes-Benz / Agam building in Utrecht. Prince Bernhard opened this new building of Agam (Algemene Garage en Automobiel Maatschappij). In 1926, the Benz and Daimler companies merged, after which all passenger and commercial vehicle models were given the Mercedes-Benz brand name . In 1935, AGAM takes over the import business for Mercedes-Benz. As a result of the takeover by DaimlerBenz AG, AGAM became Mercedes-Benz Nederland BV on January 1, 1980
